"I wanted to get a checkup done on my home air conditioning system before the summer got hot and stayed that way. I called this company because they rated well on this website. It was Friday afternoon when I called, and they were able to get me an appointment for Monday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The technician showed up right at 8:30 on Monday, introduced himself, told me what he was going to do and got started. I noticed his van outside was clean and looked good, and his uniform was clean and professional looking. He was courteous and used the overshoes he brought each time he came in the house. He did the work he needed to do inside the house on the air handler (inspecting and cleaning) first and then moved outside. He did a very thorough job of checking just about everything in the system from an efficiency and safety point of view. He also answered every question I had for him about the system and what he was doing, and he was polite throughout. He did a good job of working with our old outdoor unit and explained all of the options we have with such an old system as far as keeping it running, replacing it or etc. He also explained how the systems have changed since ours was installed. In the end, the only reason the bill was what it was is because the age of our system and the fact that we decided to have the technician add a little refrigerant. Since the freon the old a/c unit uses is old and hard to come by, it's expensive. Otherwise, the visit and the work that he did is very reasonably priced. After he completed his work, the technician cleaned up (even a little mess that he didn't make) and got the paperwork done quickly. He gave us a detailed summary of what he found along with any suggestions he had for keeping the system running smoothly. I found that overall he was very professional, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for like services and would call them again for my own system."

"Customer service is not dead! Dan showed up on time. He took the time to find where the leak was in the refrigerant line of the one systems and repaired it (another company could not find the same leak last summer). He wore shoe covers in the house (I love that!). He tested both cooling systems to ensure they were working properly before he left. The next day I received a phone call from the company asking how my service was. I wish other companies did that! We signed up for their service plan. This company is a keeper!"

"This was an overall great experience! From the first phone call to the end of my entire system being replaced these guys where great. They came the night I called, very promptly. The tech at my house and the person on the phone where very curious and professional. After getting my system back up and running so I could have heat for the night they came out that Saturday to give me an estimate for a new system. Tim the comfort adviser was great; he designed 3 systems for me, explained everything in detail including guarantees, system design and several questions I had. I decided on a system I felt was right for me and they came out the following Monday and installed. I can't honestly say how the install went because they were finished by the time I got home from work! I had a nice new digital thermometer on my wall and a nice new heat pump on the side of my house. My last heat pump wasn't on a slab of concrete; they took care of that at no charge. Best customer service I could have hoped for, I was really impressed and I highly recommend classic air for your heating and cooling needs."
